This effective and fun AM Yoga with Marlene will perk you up with moves that get the circulation flowing, release tension, and keep you limber! As a bonus, lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles! Reduce joint pain and low back stress! It's simple enough for beginners, but effective for everyone.

New Class for the experienced and those looking for a challenge!

30mins bootcamp set up in stations using bodywork and light weights with intervals of cardio for endurance and increasing that heart rate to a fat burning zone and to finish off the last 30mins with yoga for the core and a proper cooldown for restoration with the benefits of yoga as you all know and Love!
