This unique, innovative and traditional
form of fitness takes you through an invigorating mind-body workout
that engages the deep abdominal muscles, fortifies the spine and improves
posture, while achieving a longer, leaner, and confident you. You'll

Wake Up to AM Yoga
(All ages and levels)
Wake up and start the hectic day off with some
positive energy! This effective and fun AM
Yoga with Marlene will perk you up with moves
that get the circulation flowing, release tension,
and keep you limber! As a bonus, lengthen,
strengthen and tone muscles! Reduce joint pain
and low back stress! It's simple enough for
beginners, but effective for everyone.

Yoga for
Stress & Back Relief (Low Impact)
Reduce the effects of stress and renew vitality. Through a series of stretches and postures, Marlene teaches you to develop a stronger and healthier back. Together, these exercises will help lengthen and loosen your spine for greater agility and flexibility.

Building your Foundation (Beginners)
For beginners and everyone interested. Includes basic breathing practices as well as a variety of standing, sitting, and lying postures. Provides some physical challenge and a great way to recharge.

Master Class (Intermediate/Advanced and/or Athletic Performance)
A physically challenging class that develops strength and endurance. This class will make you sweat! Vigorous Vinyasa Flow combining Ashtanga (Cardio) & Hatha Poses (strength) offers creative flows and posture sequences w/ pranayama(breathing).

Pilates (Abs, Hips
& Thighs)
A beginners class that's about moving and building both on the mat and off. Building your foundation from easier to harder exercises will allow Pilates to fit to the person and harmonize the body & mind.
