Our unique + dynamic yoga, hot yoga + fitness classes — like YogaBack, POUND®, PiYO®Live, PilatesFit, Flex+Flow with Weights, + much more — brings in a balanced mind, body + spirit. Anyone wanting to be part of a group setting full of energy + motivating individuals are welcome to join! Groups no larger than 20 help students get the most out of instruction + more personal attention.

Marlene is here to share with you her passion for living a happy and healthy life. She has over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. It is a vast industry and it is constantly changing its approach on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Marlene’s Passion for teaching yoga + fitness is a true reflection of how she feels we need to treat ourselves. Always ending her classes with Be good to yourself + others.

Paul has had a passion for fitness and health for over 20 years, he made the move into the fitness industry back in 2005 when he completed the CPTN Personal Training Program and started iFIT Personal Training. In 2006 Paul went into a partnership and opened his first fitness studio in Mississauga where he was introduced to Yoga, Pilates and Spinning. After a year Paul left that partnership.
He opened up his own studio helping many clients reach their own goals through personal training and group fitness classes. He has also taught fitness classes at the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board and Tim Hortons Camp. Paul's passion for health and fitness has brought him to where he is today continuing on his education and trainings to get his 200 RYT through YogaFit Canada.
I have always been a fitness enthusiast, I fell in love with yoga in 2010 after using it as a tool to help heal an injury. I have been teaching yoga for 2 years after receiving my 200 hour yoga certification at De La Sol Yoga Studio. I have also obtained certifications from The Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
Also, Mathew Kenney’s Raw Culinary Nutrition. I am on my way to becoming a certified Holistic Nutritionist! My thirst for knowledge and passion for health and wellness keeps me attending as many workshops and courses as I can while continuing to deepen my practice. Karen started practicing yoga in 2015 to decompress from her corporate job. She soon fell in love, as yoga brought her much more than physical release. She wanted to deepen her understanding of the philosophy + physical practice of yoga + enrolled in the Anjeli Yoga Teaching Academy YTT 200 HR certification program. She quickly realized that she wanted to share her love + understanding of yoga with a broader audience, + pursued teaching.
Her teaching is rooted in Tantric philosophy with a focus on alignment + breath. She teaches a wide variety of classes including, Classic Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin/Yang + Restorative. Her wish is to share her love of yoga so everyone can experience the beauty + peace it brings. In her endless pursuit of self-development, Karen has enrolled in the Anjeli Yoga Teaching Academy YTT 300 HR program, which she is due to complete in late 2018.
Renee Moor is a student of Buddhism Psychology through Tariki Trust specializing in Other-Centered Therapy and Mindfulness Mediation, a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2009, and a Reiki Practitioner Level 2. Renee's intention is to assist our community to become conscious individuals.
Her intentions are to do this through the teachings of Buddhism, movement therapy and mindfulness. Sharing her personal experiences, she speaks from honesty and meets it all with genuine love and compassion.
