What Every Woman Should Know!
Half a day invested in this workshop could save you from a lifetime of health issues! This workshop contains information that every woman needs to stay vital + healthy. Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles may be one of the most important things you can do for your body. Find out how to correctly do Kegels, reverse Kegels, and prevent leakage + prolapse.

Come in with a sense of playfulness and adventure, leave with a sense of empowerment! The latest YogaFit® workshop will challenge you mentally + physically, yet with a centered + mindful practice you may surprise yourself. Based on safety + using the seven principles of alignment in a space without expectations, judgment or competition we will see what the world looks like upside down. Always wanted to try Headstand? Handstand? Scorpion Pose? These are just a few of the poses we will explore together. First ensuring we are warm and ready in both mind + body. Step by step safety + alignment cues along with a little inspiration and courage, we will see where our practice takes us. Some of the benefits of inversions include mental clarity, renewed energy + an overall sense of wellbeing. Come play!

Lisa Greenbaum E-RYT 500, YACEP is the Director of YogaFit® Canada, Senior Master Trainer + Presenter with YogaFit®. With a strong passion for fitness, yoga + movement, her goal is to make Yoga accessible to all. An avid writer + traveler, Lisa is known for bringing an easy-going style to her teaching, encouraging everyone to honour and listen to their bodies + stay in the present moment. Lisa has been teaching group fitness + yoga in Toronto, Canada since 2001.
